Sherman Johnson, Wagner Braun and other innovative companies to offer you a complete line type 316 stainless steel parts and high-touch fittings to create safe, unobtrusive, clean product.  We also are well acquainted with specialty trades that can produce custom answers without leaving the local economy.  When used with other materials like wood or anodized aluminum or steel - the look is even better.  Whether you are an architect, builder or homeowner, we will create great results for you!

We fabricate your project at our 5,000 square foot loft in Daytona Beach or we can fabricate on-site for jobs outside of our area.

     Working to our clients drawings, our rigging department installed quarter inch diameter stainless steel rigging wire for the art gallery at the Husani Building, at Daytona Beach Community College.    We used C. Sherman Johnson's blind thread Slimline turnbuckles for a nicely finished look.

    Building and installation of this project consisting of 68 turnbuckles, 26 terminal fittings and 1683 linear feet of 1/4" Type 316 S.S. wire began Friday night at 6pm and was completed before Sunday night 7pm, with the lower ends of this stairway swaged on-site.

 

Hussani Bldg, Daytona Beach Community College

               
         The spiraling, long staircase is just below a balcony where additional acrhitectural rigging lends a rich, modern look that compliments instead of distracting your eye from the art on display.    The stanchion post are 1/2" steel, painted black.  The treads are marble and the hand railings are wood.

NEWEST PROJECT - SCHEDULED FOR COMPLETION MAY 2008  

We're excited to have been chosen for another exciting architecturalproject by our frineds at Trinity Fabricators.  We are currently completing a design above a 9th floor sauna designed with roman columns where we are installing 1x19 wire in a double star as a trellis for plants.  It's looking terrific.  Photos to follow soon.
